Refund policy

*If you have purchased ANNA’S Wild Yam Cream from a stockist, wholesaler or health shop/retreat, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

Where’s My Parcel?

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will email you your unique Tracking Number.
  • Click the hyperlink in the email to access up-to-date tracking information.

Lost Parcels

  • If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time frame (please refer to our Shipping Policy), we can open an investigation with the shipping provider to locate the parcel.
  • Please note, we are unable to resend or refund your order until the investigation is completed and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.

Returns

  • You may return your order within 30 days of order date. It must be unopened and in the same condition you received it in.
  • Please email orders@annaswildyamcream.com.au for returns instructions. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return to Sender

  • If your order is returned to us for incorrect address issues, you will be refunded for your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We can resend your order; however, the shipping charge will need to be paid again prior to dispatch.
  • If duties and taxes are unpaid and your parcel is refused or returned to us, the order will be treated as an abandoned shipment. Due to the significant costs associated with international shipping and return processing, you will forfeit 50% of your order value, and the remaining 50% will be refunded once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

  • Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@annaswildyamcream.com.au.

Authority to Leave

If you, the purchaser, have selected “Authority to Leave,” we cannot accept responsibility for any missing parcels.
